Main Responsibilities

Take ownership of quality improvement strategy development and implementation;

Proactively suggest product quality improvements by participating in feature planning and estimation with the development team.

Analyze the bugs found during testing and prepare recommendations for process improvements to avoid similar cases.

Create detailed and well-structured test cases.

Ensure the product is of high quality for deployment.

Core Requirements

You have 2+ years of experience in manual software testing and can predict potential future bugs during the feature planning phase.

Advanced knowledge of test design and a variety of test techniques;

Strategic thinking and the ability to see the bigger picture of the whole product from a business perspective & processes.

Deep analytical and problem-solving skills;

Ability to work hand in hand and effectively communicate with the team;

Experience in testing for desktop applications would give you extra points.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Salary Range

Gross Salary 3,000 - 4,600 EUR/Month.
