The Brand Communications team shapes Nord Security’s brand voice and image, building trust and recognition across internal and external channels. Our team produces various content (web and graphic design, video material, social media content, etc.), working with multiple stakeholders and teams across the organization. Our main focus is to grow and strengthen our brand, contributing to our position as a global cybersecurity powerhouse.
Our Brand Communications team is looking for a Senior Events Manager to help build an outstanding events experience at Nord Security that would support our brand strategy. What You Will Do
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, including internal conferences, social events, meetings, and workations by taking care of:
- End-to-End Event Management: Lead and oversee the smooth execution of virtual, live, or hybrid events from the planning to full completion. Create a workflow, e.g., event timelines, schedules, communication, negotiations, etc., and coordinate (with the assistance of event agencies if needed) for more efficient project execution;
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with HR, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy and company goals;
- Concept Development: Develop event concepts, themes, and other creative ideas to support brand strategy and business goals;
- Audience Engagement: Actively engage and seek feedback from your audience to continuously improve by utilizing a strategic mix of quantitative and qualitative insights;
- On-site Coordination: Attend events and act as the key person to ensure success;
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event management;
- Provide Updates: report progress to the Event Team Lead and receive guidance.
What We Expect
- 5+ years of experience in managing and coordinating live and hybrid events. International event management skills would be a bonus;
- Strong project management skills - you can easily manage your time and priorities to meet deadlines;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality, impactful events;
- Superb communication - both verbally and in writing;
- Ability to create solutions for maximum impact while minimizing costs;
- Fluency in both English and Lithuanian languages;
- Working location in Vilnius, Lithuania;
- Problem-solving, critical thinking abilities, and detail-oriented mindset;
- Taking ownership and initiative is what you’re best at.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 2400 - 3700 EUR/Month.
