Main Responsibilities

Develop and maintain our flagship Windows desktop application that works with Windows File System;
Work across the full application stack, delivering best-in-class performance, security, and user experience;
Collaborate closely with developers, designers, QA engineers, and a Product Owner in a highly skilled and supportive team;
Use Microsoft technologies and tools to extend, optimize, and improve application functionality;
Actively participate in planning, design discussions, code reviews, and problem-solving sessions;
Explore and integrate technologies beyond .NET when needed to deliver the best solutions.

Core Requirements

5+ years of experience in software development as .NET(C#) Dev;
Solid understanding of WPF and creating Windows desktop applications;
Ability to work with Windows native APIs, with focus on performance, memory management and stability;
Good understanding of event streams, working with real time data and using reactive extensions to process it;
Solid foundation in OOP and design patterns — you design architecture that is clean, scalable, and maintainable;
Experience with unit testing, dependency injection, and robust CI/CD practices;
Strong problem-solving skills - able to quickly understand complex codebases, work with native APIs, and deliver solutions.

Salary Range

Gross Salary 20200 - 33400 PLN/month.
