We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Compensation & Benefits Partner to play a key role in designing and executing a forward-looking rewards strategy that supports our growth and empowers our people to thrive. You’ll work at the intersection of analytics, policy, and business partnership—translating insights into impactful programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the total rewards strategy by aligning compensation and benefits frameworks with our company’s goals, and market realities.
  • Design and maintain compensation & benefits structures grounded in robust internal data and external market benchmarks—ensuring fairness and competitiveness across roles and regions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor offering strategic guidance on compensation decisions and workforce planning.
  • Drive and evolve benefits programs to meet employee needs and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) strategy and implementation, helping to foster ownership and long-term commitment across the company.
  • Partner closely with the People Team to ensure compensation and benefits are seamlessly integrated with our broader People strategy.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, using research and data to continuously improve programs and make evidence-based recommendations.

Core Requirements

  • Solid experience in compensation and benefits, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • A strategic mindset paired with strong execution—you love building things that work and scale.
  • Fluency in benchmarking, analytics, and compensation tools.
  • Knowledge of ESOP plans and startup equity practices.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can influence, simplify, and build trust across teams.
  • Curiosity and drive—you’re always looking for smarter, fairer, more efficient ways to do things.
  • Fluency in English.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 3400- 5600 EUR/Month.
