Main Responsibilities

Own infrastructure problems end-to-end — from code to user
Enable team code quality, speed and deployment processes
Ensure zero downtime for different environments and projects
Implement new solutions based on the IaC concept
Search and implement effective solutions for scaling
Improve existing and implement new, effective CI/CD processes
Use AI agents for your day-to-day work

Core Requirements

4+ years of infrastructure configuration, automation and testing experience
Knowledge of Kubernetes and ArgoCD
GitLab CI/CD expertise
Experience with SQL databases
You know what IaC is and how to apply it in practice effectively.
You like autonomy more than process
You think in problems and outcomes, not tickets
You challenge solutions and propose better ones
You can learn new technologies quickly
You are curious about AI and excited to work with agents

Nice to Have

Python or Golang skills.
Experience with Grafana.

Linux, Docker, GitLab, ArgoCD, AWS, Terraform, Helm, OpenSearch, Prometheus, Python / Golang

AI tools: Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, OpenCode, Cursor with Composer

Salary Range

Salary Gross: 20,500 - 28,400 PLN/month
