Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels to support marketing activities and initiatives;
- Contribute to the development of new marketing channel ideas, test concepts, and execute launches;
- Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, evaluate trade-offs, and balance business needs against constraints;
- Develop and manage project plans, define success criteria, and track project milestones;
- Facilitate project-related team meetings, communicate action items, shield the team from distractions, and maintain focus on priorities;
- Manage, organize, and distribute all project documentation, including creative briefs, strategic plans, status reports, deliverables lists, and post-project retrospectives.
Core Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing;
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and technical concepts;
- Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to engage, support, and influence effectively;
- Ability to adapt quickly and shift between hands-on execution and project management responsibilities;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working with stakeholders of varying seniority levels;
- Strong sense of ownership, exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively while meeting deadlines.
Salary Range:
- Gross Salary: 2000-3900 EUR/Month.
