Main Responsibilities

Own problems end-to-end — from idea to production

Ship features without waiting for perfect specs

Work directly with product, design, data, and other engineers

Operate in small, highly autonomous teams

Use AI agents for specs, coding, analysis, testing, and iteration

Improve our internal agent network and development workflows

Move across the stack when needed

Focus on user and business outcomes, not output

Core Requirements

5+ years of backend development experience building something real (product, system, tool, startup, side project, meaningful feature)
Experience with Go or strong desire to switch
You like autonomy more than process
You enjoy working across layers instead of staying in one box
You think in problems and outcomes, not tickets
You challenge solutions and propose better ones
You are detached from your code — impact matters more
You can learn new technologies quickly
You are curious about AI and excited to work with agents

Nice to Have

Previous experience in working with K8s and microservice architecture

Previous experience as a fullstack developer

Advanced proficiency in Agentic Prompt Engineering and the ability to contribute to the model governance and fine-tuning for mobile-specific tasks

Establish and enforce AI-assisted code security and quality standards for agent-generated features

Android: Kotlin, Android Studio, Hilt, Coroutines, Jetpack Compose, MVVM Architecture
AI tools: Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, OpenCode, Cursor with Composer

Salary Range

Salary Gross: 35,000 — 40,000 PLN/month
