Main Responsibilities

Develop and execute high-level project plans for cross-sell and upsell initiatives, aligning them with broader organizational goals and objectives.
Work closely with marketing, sales, customer support, and product teams to ensure effective communication, seamless project execution, and alignment between different stakeholders.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders at all levels.
Utilize data analytics to extract actionable insights, measure performance, and continuously refine cross-selling approaches for optimal results.
Analyze customer behaviors, preferences, and buying patterns to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within your product portfolio.

Core Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager, Growth Manager, preferably in a tech company in the marketing department.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles with the ability to translate them into effective strategies.
Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
Ability to navigate a dynamic business environment and adapt strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas and strategies to diverse stakeholders.

Salary Range

Gross Salary 2900 - 4400 Eur/Monthly
