Technical Copywriter | Mid-Senior
The Product department focuses on creating world-leading cybersecurity products and works closely with technical, marketing and sales departments. The main goal is to take our products above and beyond using cutting edge technologies and help organizations resolve their security related problems.
As a Technical UX Copywriter at NordLayer, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional user experience for our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include crafting user-friendly content for our web-based control panel, applications, and technical documentation. You will collaborate closely with product managers, project owners, UX designers, and product marketing teams to ensure our customers have access to clear, concise, and engaging information.
Main responsibilities
- Write and edit user experience (UX) copy for our products, applications & web-based control panel.
- Develop and maintain instructional manuals, how-to guides, and step-by-step documentation in our product Help Center.
- Collaborate with marketing copywriters to align technical and marketing content for consistency and accuracy.
- Take ownership of the Help Center platform, regularly reviewing and updating existing articles for accuracy, clarity, and user-friendliness.
- Proactively offer improvements to enhance the readability and usability of technical documentation.
Core requirements
- Fully proficient in written US English
- Proven experience as a UX copywriter or technical writer.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centric design.
- Excellent written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and simplicity.
- Proficiency in technical writing, including the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining content quality and accuracy.
Bonus points for
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS).
- Experience working in B2B SaaS product.
Salary range
- Gross Salary 2700-4300 EUR/Month.
