We're seeking an ambitious Principal Influencer Marketing Manager to drive creator partnerships. This is your chance to shape and execute the influencer strategy hands-on for a fast-growing AI project.

Work directly with the biggest names in content creation, including PewDiePie and MrBeast. Build relationships with top-tier global talent agencies that represent the most influential creators. Launch up to 5 creator integrations daily, giving you an unmatched experience and portfolio growth. Partner with iconic global brands like Marvel. Expand your professional network at exclusive international creator marketing events.

Main Responsibilities

Own and execute our global influencer marketing strategy across all major platforms.
Identify, vet, and onboard creators that align with AI brand and audience.
Negotiate partnership terms with a focus on ROI, scalability, and business impact.
Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for maximum engagement and conversion.
Build long-term relationships with top creators and talent agencies.
Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
Experiment with innovative approaches to showcase our AI product through creator partnerships.

Core Requirements

3+ years of experience in influencer marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
Strong negotiation skills and experience working directly with creators and agencies.
Analytical mindset to track, interpret, and report on campaign performance.
Strategic thinker who can identify the right creators for our AI-focused audience.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
Passion for emerging technology and the creator economy.
Self-starter mentality who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Ranges

Gross salary range is 3200-4200 EUR.
