The newly created Endpoint Protection Squad builds highly secure management tools to support our enterprise device and threat teams in protecting users and devices across the organization. We deliver features via rich UI and backend services that span everything from app lifecycle to device posture and threat reporting.
- App Versioning Engine — Tracks active application versions, marks deprecated ones for sunset, and displays in-app warnings to prompt updates.
- Download Protection Platform — Combines CP UI and backend logic to scan downloads, generate threat reports, and visualize findings.
- Device Security Posture Module — Runs rule‑based evaluations, generates alerts, enforces device blocking or review workflows, and provides posture dashboards.
- Centralized Policy & App Setting Enforcement — In collaboration with native apps teams, we implement enforcement of organizational settings and configurations from a unified management console.
- Enterprise Browser Settings & Reporting UI — Enables administrators to control and monitor browser configuration policies across the user base.
Team composition:This team is being hired almost completely from scratch in Vilnius or remote in Poland. The planned team structure includes Tech Lead (transitions from another team), 3 BE Engineers (1 Senior, 2 Mids), 2 FE Engineers (1 Senior, 1 Mid).

What will you do:
- Perform manual testing of desktop applications
- Analyze requirements and designs to define testing needs
- Collaborate with Product Owner and Engineers in feature development
- Define test criteria and create detailed, well-structured test cases
- Prepare relevant test data
- Execute functional and non-functional tests
- Analyze found bugs during tests and prepare recommendations for process improvements in order to avoid similar cases
- Take ownership of quality improvement strategy development and implementation
- Ensure that the product is at a high-quality level for deployment
- Report testing progress and results clearly and regularly
- Continuously review and refine test cases for effectiveness

Core requirements:
- At least 2-3 years experience in software testing
- Advanced knowledge of test design and a variety of testing techniques
- Strategic thinking and the ability to see the bigger picture of the whole product from a business perspective and processes
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of test design and a variety of test techniques;
- Familiarity with management tools (like Jira, Confluence, etc.);
- Experience with Agile/Kanban (or similar) methodologies and understanding of how to work in dev teams;
- Work hand in hand and effectively communicate with the team
- Good written and spoken English skills

- Xray (Jira add-on)
- Confluence

Bonus point for:
- GitLab
- Experience with Postman

Salary range:
Gross Salary 3000 - 4600 EUR/Month
