The indirect sales department generates revenue and drives our organization forward in emerging global markets. We stay up-to-date with the latest sales trends and technologies, incorporating them into our daily work and maintaining open communication to achieve better results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for inbound & outbound client inquiries;
- Achieve or exceed sales goals while interacting with new clients via online calls, selling the company’s products and services;
- Set up meetings, understand prospect needs, present products and ways of working;
- Manage and grow partnerships with existing partners;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce (CRM);
- Work with internal teams to optimize lead generation and conversion;
- Ensure a seamless experience for clients during product onboarding and launch;
- Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business results that improve performance;
- Proactively identify team process improvements;
- Work with an innovative product that changes the industry.
Core Requirements:
- Experience in sales account management;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Lithuanian;
- Good presentation and collaboration skills, as calls with business partners are happening daily;
- Ability to build rapport and trust with potential and existing customers;
- Flexible, proactive, and result-oriented way of working;
- Passion for sales and customer success;
- Strong learning, planning, and organizational skills;
- Confident handling of MS Office;
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or similar;
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking.
Salary Range:
- Gross Salary: 1900-2400 EUR/Month.
