Main Responsibilities
- Oversee and further develop a product that caters to the needs of NordProtect users, handling a substantial volume of personally identifiable information with the highest level of security;
- Align objectives, expectations, and timelines among developers, designers, and business stakeholders;
- Manage the product backlog;
- Manage a team of system analysts and product designers, driving team priorities and closely tying them to higher-level organizational goals;
- Monitor product performance and customer behavior, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities;
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure quick time-to-market and optimal use of resources;
- Engage closely with engineering squads to help determine the best functional implementation approaches and prioritize development efforts;
- Lead and coach the team to produce clear, high-quality functional requirements and domain knowledge for engineering, ensuring alignment, reducing ambiguity, and enabling efficient, high-confidence delivery;
- Act as the primary point of contact within the product team for all questions related to owned domains and initiatives;
- Ensure transparency and visibility of initiatives, providing regular updates on progress.
Core Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working as a Product Owner or Product Manager;
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial industries is a plus;
- Ability to independently navigate an ambiguous environment;
- A proactive approach to raising challenges and identifying solutions;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluency in English.
