Main Responsibilities
- Own problems end-to-end — from idea to production
- Ship features without waiting for perfect specs
- Work directly with product, design, data, and other engineers
- Operate in small, highly autonomous teams
- Use AI agents for specs, coding, analysis, testing, and iteration
- Improve our internal agent network and development workflows
- Move across the stack when needed
- Focus on user and business outcomes, not output
Core Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience building something real (product, system, tool, startup, side project, meaningful feature)
- Experience with Go or strong desire to switch
- You like autonomy more than process
- You enjoy working across layers instead of staying in one box
- You think in problems and outcomes, not tickets
- You challenge solutions and propose better ones
- You are detached from your code — impact matters more
- You can learn new technologies quickly
- You are curious about AI and excited to work with agents
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in working with K8s and microservice architecture
- Previous experience as a fullstack developer
- Advanced proficiency in Agentic Prompt Engineering and the ability to contribute to the model governance and fine-tuning for mobile-specific tasks
- Establish and enforce AI-assisted code security and quality standards for agent-generated features
