Main Responsibilities

Own infrastructure problems end-to-end — from idea to production
Own networking and routing, every data packet is our responsibility
Find new and interesting ways to improve network quality
Improve code quality, speed and deployment processes
Ensure zero downtime for different environments and projects
Implement new solutions based on the IaC concept
Search and implement effective solutions for scaling environments up or down
Improve existing and implement new, effective CI/CD processes
Use AI agents for your day-to-day work

Core Requirements

4+ years of infrastructure configuration, automation and testing experience

Strong experience with configuration management tools like Ansible/etc

Experience with networking protocols and fundamental knowledge of IP networking

Strong Python or Bash skills

Experience (and love) for debugging and troubleshooting

Experience working with physical resource management

You like autonomy more than process

You think in problems and outcomes, not tickets

You challenge solutions and propose better ones

You can learn new technologies quickly

You are curious about AI and excited to work with agents

Technologies we use

Linux, Docker, Ansible, Consul, Redis, Elasticsearch, Python, Grafana, Prometheus (Victoria Metrics)

AI tools: Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, OpenCode, Cursor with Composer

Salary Range

Gross Salary: 17,600 - 34,000 PLN/month
