Main Responsibilites
- Define and lead the partnerships strategy, from planning and execution to performance management to all partnerships, including Podcasts and Influencers
- Lead and manage the Partnerships team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and high performance;
- Collaborate with internal marketing, product, design and data teams to strengthen sustainable growth and user acquisition performance across Partnerships channel;
- Take part in negotiations, securing mutually beneficial agreements and valuable partnerships;
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the effective use of tools, processes, and resources to drive team efficiency;
- Track and monitor key metrics, analyse data to inform decision-making, and use insights to optimize performance and ensure continuous growth;
- Constantly seek innovations - new channels, niches, funnels, and opportunities.
Core requirements
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate partnerships/account management and online marketing, preferably with B2B products
- Proven track record of closing strategic deals and hitting ambitious targets;
- Experience in leading high-performing teams;
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation abilities;
- Strong negotiation and clear, confident communication skills;
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and lead projects from inception to completion.
- Working knowledge of some digital marketing disciplines: CRO, PPC, content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing;
- Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks;
- Strong analytical skills, confident with analyzing data.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 3700 - 5500 EUR/Month.
