We’re looking for a commercially driven Country Manager to lead growth across the BeNeLux region, with a particular focus on the Netherlands. You’ll identify, negotiate, and scale partnerships that drive measurable revenue - spanning B2B2C, distribution, affiliate, and influencer channels.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role suited for someone who thrives at the intersection of business development and performance marketing. You’ll collaborate with teams across the organization to deliver clear ROI, working as a strategic advisor and project accelerator - without formal line management responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities
- Build and scale performance-based partnerships, developing business cases supported by clear metrics and ROI.
- Identify and close B2B2C and distribution opportunities in sectors like telecom, fintech, retail, publishing, loyalty programs, and large consumer communities.
- Test and deliver local marketing experiments - partnering with events, communities, and brands to uncover new growth channels.
- Track and report on revenue impact, ROAS, and key performance metrics, sharing actionable insights regularly with stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing market intelligence: highlight trends, competitor moves, regulatory shifts, and emerging opportunities or risks in BeNeLux.
- Collaborate with performance, product, data, creative, and legal teams to keep initiatives moving and ensure results.
- Explore and activate online and in-store reseller or retail partnerships that deliver measurable returns.
Core Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in business development, partnerships, or performance marketing, ideally in consumer subscriptions, telco/ISP, fintech, e‑commerce, media, or affiliate ecosystems.
- Proven ability to launch and scale revenue-generating partnerships and marketing initiatives with strong, measurable ROI.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable building and presenting business cases.
- Entrepreneurial and proactive - eager to pitch ideas and build new relationships.
- Excellent communicator able to work independently and coordinate across global teams.
- Strong presenter - confident in pitching new initiatives and delivering insights to varied stakeholders.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Travel & Onboarding
- Travel across the Netherlands and BeNeLux as needed.
- 2–3‑week onboarding in Vilnius, Lithuania, to meet teams and learn processes.
- Semiannual visits to Vilnius and regional business trips are expected.
