The People department resolves all matters connected to the employee life cycle, from onboarding to off-boarding. Together, we have the power to build teams based on our values.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day maintenance and management of our People system (HiBob).
  • Perform data updates, imports/exports, and regular clean-ups to keep information accurate and organised.
  • Export and share HR reports with different stakeholders.
  • Assist team members by answering system-related questions and helping them navigate the tools.
  • Contribute to process improvements by sharing ideas on how we can make better use of our systems.

Core Requirements

  • A naturally curious mindset and eagerness to learn, especially when it comes to technology.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • A sense of responsibility when working with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Confidence in using Excel (or Google Sheets), with a willingness to deepen your skills.
  • Fluent communication in English.
  • Any past experience working with systems or digital tools — even outside of HR — is a big plus.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 1700 - 2400 EUR/Month.
