The Finance team at Nord Security consists of ambitious professionals working towards creating a world-class Finance organisation. We’re keen on converting financial data into meaningful information and insights, which we do by automating workflows and analyzing data. The Finance team supports business stakeholders in making decisions, driving strategy, and achieving the lofty goals of an ever-growing unicorn with confidence. Our team owns and executes accounting, controlling, finance systems, data and financial analysis, treasury and procurement functions.

As a finance intern, you will have an opportunity to experience first-hand what a daily life of a finance professional at a tech unicorn looks like.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial reports
  • Assist in tracking and analysing FTE and cost variances against budget and forecasts
  • Contribute to the monthly reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Perform market research and competitor analysis, and present insights to the team
  • Support quarterly forecasting and budgeting processes, particularly around cost planning
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making

Core Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong Excel skills (comfortable working with large datasets and formulas)
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
  • Experience working with large datasets is a plus

Salary Range
