The Product Design department oversees the entire product development process or upgrades the existing product designs. By identifying and characterizing the issues, we design solutions scaling from technical to human-centered methods.

We’re looking for a UX Researcher with strong initiative, adaptability, and business sense - someone who can conduct research and connect deep user understanding with product and business outcomes. Whether your experience is in research, UX, product design, or a similar role, if you combine curiosity and big-picture thinking with practical execution, we’d love to meet you.

Main Responsibilities

Initiate, plan and conduct end-to-end research—designing studies, engaging directly with users, analyzing results, and sharing insights.
Analyze findings through both user and business perspectives, identifying opportunities and influencing product strategy.
Present research in accessible, engaging formats tailored to different stakeholders.
Ensure that insights and data are well-organized, accessible, and reusable.
Guide and empower non-research colleagues to do research.
Closely collaborate with other teams and build strong relationships.

Core Requirements

Experience in user research, product design, or a related field.
Demonstrated initiative and ability to take ownership of projects.
Flexible and adaptable, able to move forward without detailed instructions and comfortable navigating uncertainty.
Strong business orientation—skilled in linking research to product and company goals.
Able to translate complex research findings into clear, engaging, and actionable insights for different audiences.
Skilled at building strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborating effectively across teams.

Bonus Points

Experience in UX research, product design, startups, SaaS, or related roles, especially where you’ve influenced product decisions.
Portfolio or case studies that demonstrate your process, approach, and impact in previous projects.

Salary range

Gross Salary 2900 - 4900 EUR/Month.
