Our fast-growing e-commerce startup is scaling multiple high-performing brands and campaigns.
We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven Google Ads Media Buyer to lead our growth efforts across Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, and Performance Max. You aren't just a "button pusher" - you are a growth architect who bridges the gap between technical media buying and high-level creative strategy.
This role is about managing the entire user journey. You will work closely with our creative and CRO teams to build high-converting funnels - optimizing everything from the initial "hook" to the pre-sell page and final checkout. Your decisions will directly impact our ability to scale, and we actively encourage you to test bold angles and propose better ways to capture attention.
Main Responsibilities
- Own the Google Ecosystem: Lead performance campaigns end-to-end, including planning, execution, and scaling across Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, and PMax.
- Drive Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content. You'll iterate on "hooks," angles, and formats to ensure our brands stand out in a crowded feed.
- Optimize the Full Funnel: Work with CRO and funnel teams to improve advertorials, pre-sells, and landing pages to boost AOV and conversion rates.
- Execute Structured Testing: Build and run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnel steps to unlock new growth.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor and interpret key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CVR, MER, LTV) to guide decisions, utilizing high-quality tracking via GA4 and GTM.
- Budget & Pacing Management: Manage large monthly advertising budgets and campaign pacing to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Master Audience Intelligence: Build advanced audience strategies utilizing custom segments, affinity, in-market, remarketing, and lookalikes.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Constantly monitor industry trends, new ad formats, and progressive e-commerce techniques to keep Cohypes at the forefront of digital advertising.
Core Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in media buying on Google Ads with a performance-oriented approach.
- Proven track record in managing large monthly advertising budgets and scaling spend while maintaining/improving CPAs.
- Creative-First Mindset: Experience with creative testing frameworks and a comfort level in helping guide the creation of high-performing assets.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command ofGA4, Google Tag Manager, enhanced conversions, and custom event tracking.
- Ecommerce Fluency: Deep understanding of ecommerce metrics (ROAS, CPA, AOV, MER, LTV) and how they interact.
- Funnel Expertise: Experience working with advertorials, pre-sell pages, and understanding how to optimize the post-click experience.
- Platform Versatility: Strong working knowledge of YouTube advertising is a significant plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data to find audience opportunities and competitor trends.
Salary Range:
- 4,000 – 5,500 EUR/Month GROSS (Open to discussion based on your skills and competencies).
