We're looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our growing marketing team and help travelers worldwide discover Saily. You'll own our organic search strategy, working closely with content creators, developers, and our off-site SEO team to drive sustainable growth across 200+ destinations.

Main Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research and implement on-page optimization techniques across assigned locales
Create SEO-optimized content briefs for our blog following established guidelines
Execute SEO projects under guidance, with increasing autonomy over timeSupport website localization initiatives across Tier 2-3 markets
Assist with technical audits and implement recommended improvements
Collaborate with the off-site team to align on-site and off-site SEO efforts
Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics for assigned projects

Core Requirements

1-3 years of hands-on SEO experience (in-house or agency)
Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)
Familiarity with technical SEO principles and content optimization strategies
Good analytical skills with willingness to learn data interpretation
Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
Self-motivated with ability to manage daily tasks and meet deadlines
Enthusiasm for learning and staying current with SEO trends

Bonus Points For

Knowledge of AI tools and automation to increase efficiency
Experience with Screaming Frog and conducting comprehensive technical audits
Experience in travel, telecommunications, or SaaS industries
Familiarity with international SEO and multi-language websitesBasic HTML/CSS knowledge

Salary Range

Gross Salary 2200-3400 EUR/Month.
