The Marketing department aims to encourage the world to be as enthusiastic about our products as we are. We have more than twenty different teams with specific areas of focus. Our teams are sharp, highly skilled, and data-driven, focusing on customer acquisition and monetization initiatives.

We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and forward-thinking SEO AI Search Specialist to lead our efforts in the age of AI-driven search. You’ll own our visibility across AI-powered search tools and interfaces (think: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google SGE, Bing AI, and beyond). From strategy to execution, education to automation, you’ll be shaping how we’re discovered in the next era of search.

Main Responsibilities

  • Optimize visibility and performance across AI-powered search tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google SGE, Bing AI, Perplexity)
  • Build and execute strategies to increase discoverability through AI-generated results and summaries
  • Educate internal teams on AI-driven search trends, tools, and SEO best practices
  • Develop reporting frameworks and automate performance tracking for AI search visibility
  • Optimize content structure, metadata, and semantic signals to influence AI-generated overviews

Core Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO with strong interest or experience in AI search tools
  • Solid understanding of structured data, semantic SEO, and how content is interpreted by AI models
  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Bard, SGE, Bing AI)
  • Strong analytical and automation skills, with ability to derive insights from data and act on them
  • Experience with SEO tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented and proactive — someone who stays ahead of SEO and AI trends
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in simplifying technical topics for wider teams

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 3000 - 4500 EUR/Month
