We’re looking for an experienced and detail‑driven Video Project Manager to lead the creation and delivery of video content across multiple platforms. You’ll bring together creativity, process, and technology to ensure every production is on‑brand, efficient, and impactful.

Main Responsibilities

Oversee end‑to‑end video production - from creative brief to final delivery - across YouTube, social media, TV, and digital channels;
Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity;
Apply SEO and platform‑specific best practices to maximize reach and engagement;
Collaborate closely with scriptwriters, designers, videographers, and motion designers;
Leverage AI‑driven tools to streamline workflows, enhance quality, and boost production efficiency;
Communicate project goals, timelines, and expectations clearly to all stakeholders;
Coordinate priorities and resources with other project managers;
Review deliverables and maintain top creative and technical standards;
Identify risks early and keep projects on track.

Core Requirements

2+ years’ experience managing creative projects in advertising, marketing, digital, or video production;
Strong understanding of production workflows and creative processes;
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills;
Confidence in decision‑making and ability to manage multiple projects at once;
Experience guiding and supporting team members;
Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Salary Range:

Gross Salary: 2900-4400 EUR/Month
