We are currently looking for a team member to join the Commercial Strategy team. Our team’s main goal is Saily commercial success. We are responsible for offering models and campaigns that enhance business growth, thus we thoroughly listen to our customers' needs, analyze data, track market trends and competition. If you enjoy diving into customers' behavior and are capable of turning data into action, you are welcome to apply.

Main Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing & monetization strategies to maximize customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Design and implement innovative pricing models to drive business expansion and optimize profitability.
Lead A/B testing initiatives to analyze the impact of pricing and offering adjustments on customer behavior.
Lead execution of in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.

Core Requirements

Successful previous experience in a similar role in business consulting, project management, market research.
Preferably experience in subscription based business, for example telecommunications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with many stakeholders, ex. data analyst, CRO, product owners, UX designers, etc.
Ability to identify and constructively present business problems/topics to main stakeholders.
Data analysis skills with ability to provide actionable insights.
Proactiveness and meticulous attention to detail.

Salary Range

Gross Salary 3100 - 4800 EUR/Month.
