Main Responsibilities

  • Greet guests, handle calls, emails, parcels, and be the main point of contact in the office.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office and common areas.
  • Manage office supplies, deliveries, and general inventory.
  • Coordinate internal events, meetings, and support off-site activities.
  • Assist employees with day-to-day needs, requests, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers, oversee contracts and service quality.
  • Collaborate with HR and facilities teams on office policies and maintenance issues.
  • Lead or support various administrative and office improvement projects.

Core Requirements

  • Ability to work full-time on-site at our Cyber City office in Vilnius.
  • Previous experience in administrative or office coordination roles.
  • Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
  • Friendly, people-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Quick learner with great organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 1500 - 2300 EUR/Month.
