Join a team that brings to life 50+ events annually — ranging from small internal events to large-scale projects like workation for 1500+ people. As a Senior Event Manager, you'll take ownership of high-impact projects, contribute to our event strategy, and help elevate the entire team's performance.
Main Responsibilities
- End-to-end event management: Lead and oversee the smooth execution of virtual, live, and hybrid events from initial concept to full completion — ensuring seamless delivery at every stage;
- Strategic planning: Contribute to the annual event strategy by identifying opportunities, setting priorities, and aligning event initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Budget ownership: Take full ownership of event budgets — from initial forecasting and cost negotiations to post-event reconciliation — ensuring maximum impact within allocated resources.
- Vendor & partner management: Build and maintain a strong network of trusted vendors, venues, and agencies — negotiating favorable terms and ensuring consistent delivery quality.
- Cross-department collaboration: Work closely with HR and leadership teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy and company goals.
- ROI & performance measurement: Define success metrics for each event, collect data, and deliver post-event reports with actionable insights to continuously raise the bar.
- Concept development: Develop event concepts, themes, and creative ideas that support brand strategy and business objectives.
- On-site coordination: Act as the key person responsible for flawless execution during company events.
- Mentorship & team support: Mentor and elevate team members by sharing expertise, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Step up as a go-to expert when guidance is needed.
- Continuous improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event management.
Core Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in managing and coordinating live, virtual, and hybrid events;
- Proven budget management skills — forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting;
- Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management abilities;
- Demonstrated team leadership or mentorship experience;
- Excellent project management skills — ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality, impactful events;
- Superb communication skills — both verbal and written;
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian;
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities;
- A proactive mindset — you take ownership and initiative.
Nice to have
- International event management experience — managing events across countries/cultures;
- Background in corporate events or/and employer branding events;
- Creative background or experience in concept development.
Salary Range
Gross Salary: 2400-3700 EUR/Month.
