Main Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the full cycle recruitment in IT teams;
- Conduct HR (competency-based) interviews - identify candidates cultural and professional fit for the position;
- Collaborate and support hiring managers in all things related to recruitment cycle;
- Be an expert of company products and have a deep understanding about hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements;
- Be adept at analyzing and working with recruitment data;
- Proactively investigate new ideas to create innovative recruitment strategies;
- Build and maintain a network of professional relationships to develop a highly qualified candidate pool.
Core Requirements
- At least 2 years of successful recruiting experience in IT;
- Experience working with recruitment tools and social platforms ;
- Solid understanding of recruitment metrics;
- Analytical skills (ability to analyze, identify and track performance);
- Highly organized and tech-savvy personality;
- Positive and can-do attitude;
- Eagerness to try new things and think outside-the-box;
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment;
- Clear and effective communication;
- Data driven approach;
- Fluency in English.
