As Mid-Senior PPC Specialist in NordSecurity B2B unit, you’ll co-own the management of some of our search accounts—primarily Google Ads—designing, optimizing, and scaling B2B PPC campaigns that drive measurable business results. You’ll work closely with the broader Growth team to maximize overall impact, influence team OKRs, and drive initiatives that improve overall business performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Contribute to scaling Search campaigns with 6-figure monthly budgets.
- Translate business goals into PPC strategies, experiments, and optimizations that directly drive revenue and growth.
- Analyze campaign and business data to generate actionable insights that inform decisions across the account.
- Run structured experiments, including incrementality tests, bidding strategies, creatives, and landing page optimisations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, SEO, Analytics, and Sales to improve inputs across the funnel—from ad messaging and intent coverage to conversion quality and revenue impact.
- Challenge assumptions and identify new growth levers, shaping how paid search contributes to broader Growth Team and company objectives.
Core Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on Google Ads with at least 5 figure monthly budgets
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with solid experience using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and similar tools
- Ability to leverage AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, N8N, etc.) to optimize workflows, analyze data, and drive innovative solutions
- Hands-on approach and a willingness to get involved in task executionClear communication and ownership mindset
- B2B experience is a plus
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 13600 - 20700 PLN/Month.
