Main Responsibilities

Design and implement an objective, standardized performance evaluation framework for the product team (scorecards, metrics, competencies, KPIs).
Facilitate goal-setting workshops with team leads to help define specific, measurable goals that align with business outcomes.
Develop tracking systems (dashboards, reviews, metrics) to monitor goal progress across all product teams.
Continuously improve the performance framework, incorporating feedback and automation where possible.

Core Requirements

Experience in performance management, goal-tracking, strategic business planning, ideally in a consultancy or tech company.
Strong analytical skills - able to translate data into actionable insights.
Proven experience helping teams define and track goals (e.g., OKRs, KPIs, scorecards).
Excellent stakeholder management skills — you can work confidently with product leads, engineers, and HR.
Strong communication and facilitation skills for leading goal-setting sessions and explaining frameworks.
Ability to move quickly and deliver value in an evolving organization.

Salary Range

5,000 - 7,500 EUR gross/month
