Main Responsibilities

Managing workplace and security tools;
Do Service Desk tasks and provide license assignments to Nord Security people;
Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits of IT licenses;
Purchase requested software;
Troubleshoot SaaS tool issues;
Do other exciting and essential tasks relative to license management;
Prepare relevant internal communications.

Core Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a similar position or technical support role;
Friendly and helpful personality with excellent communication skills;
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
Constant interest in up-to-date IT technologies and AI news;
Strong knowledge of English;
Experience using Jira Service Management, Google Sheets;
Able to work on your own and take the initiative;
Strong willingness to learn skills and grasp new concepts.

Google Workspace;
Atlassian products such as Jira Service Desk, Jira Software, Confluence;
Slack;
Nord Security products and services such as NordLayer, NordPass.

Salary Range

Gross Salary 1700-2500 EUR/month
