We're looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our growing marketing team and help travelers worldwide discover Saily. You'll own our organic search strategy, working closely with content creators, developers, and our off-site SEO team to drive sustainable growth across 200+ destinations.

Main Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals
Optimize website content, landing pages, and technical SEO elements
Create detailed SEO-optimized content briefs for our blog
Collaborate with the off-site team to ensure synergy between on-site and off-site SEO efforts
Lead website localization initiatives to expand our global reach
Conduct regular technical audits and implement improvements
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics

Core Requirements

3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (in-house or agency)
Proven track record of improving organic traffic and rankings
Expert knowledge of:
Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO analytics platforms
Technical SEO best practices
Content optimization strategies
SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Self-motivated with strong prioritization and project management skills
Passion for staying current with SEO trends and algorithm updates

Bonus Points For

Knowledge of AI tools and automation to increase efficiency
Experience with Screaming Frog and conducting comprehensive technical audits
Experience in travel, telecommunications, or SaaS industries
Familiarity with international SEO and multi-language websites
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge

Salary Range

Gross Salary 2700-4000 EUR/Month.
