Main Responsibilities

Define, track, and optimize key metrics and KPIs related to customer engagement, retention, and churn across the eSIM product lifecycle.
Work closely with marketing teams to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, lifecycle programs, and user journeys.
Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards that provide visibility into customer behavior and product performance.
Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer cohorts, segmentation strategies, and touchpoints to uncover growth and optimization opportunities.
Deliver clear, compelling presentations of data-driven insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
Support the development and maintenance that enable scalable analysis (e.g. user segmentation, attribution modeling, funnel analysis).

Core Requirements

2+ years of experience in a data analyst role, ideally in telecommunications, SaaS, or a digital product environment.
Solid proficiency in SQL (experience with Google BigQuery is a strong plus) and Python (or R) for data manipulation and analysis.
Hands-on experience working with CRM or marketing datasets (e.g., user lifecycle, campaign tracking, customer behavior).
Familiarity with customer lifecycle frameworks and techniques for LTV, churn, retention, and cohort analysis.
Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
Proficiency in Google Analytics or other web/app analytics platforms.
Experience in A/B testing analysis, statistical modeling, or marketing attribution is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.

Salary Range

Gross Salary 3200 - 5900 EUR/Month
