Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of account success strategies across an extensive, diverse portfolio of SMB clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and best practices;
- Develop and execute tactical plans to drive customer retention, account expansion, and product adoption, leveraging automation, data-driven strategies, and tools (SalesForce, Gong, Looker, Salesloft) to maximize efficiency and impact;
- Serve as the lead point of contact for SMB customer account management matters;
- Build strong relationships with high potential SMB clients with a focus on driving satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth and expansion opportunities;
- Ensure a seamless experience for the customer during product adoption and deployment;
- Work on customer agreements and renewals while managing sales pipeline and at-risk accounts;
- Report to the management on account status and customer insights.
Core Requirements
- B2B account management experience or similar experience in leading customer engagements with positive outcomes (ideally at least 2-3 years of experience, working with international B2B/SMB);
- Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including managers and C-level executives;
- Experience managing multiple projects and an extensive portfolio of SMB clients while keeping a sharp focus on detail;
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot);
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills;
- Excellence in written and verbal English communication skills;
- A data-driven approach to sales and knowledge or experience in key sales/mailing tools.

Salary Range
- Gross Salary 2400-4000 EUR/Month.
