We’re looking for a WEB ANALYTICS MANAGER who will own and ensure the reliability of our web measurement infrastructure, acting as the main expert across teams to support accurate data collection and attribution across platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering and marketing teams to diagnose measurement issues, define standards, and ensure consistent, high-quality data across our web ecosystem.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all web data collection and measurement topics across products and teams.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues related to 3rd party measurement systems (e.g., paid media platforms, analytics tools, conversion APIs).
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to troubleshoot discrepancies in conversion measurement and attribution.
- Analyze web application setups to understand how data is captured and transmitted across frontend, backend, and tag management layers.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define data collection requirements and ensure proper implementation of measurement standards.
Core Requirements
- Strong understanding of web data collection architecture, including client-side and server-side implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA4), and broader Google ecosystem tools (e.g., Google Ads, BigQuery).
- Experience troubleshooting conversion measurement issues across platforms.
- Ability to read and understand web application setups (HTML structure, dataLayer, network requests, cookies, consent signals).
- Familiarity with attribution models, event-based measurement, and common discrepancies between analytics and advertising platforms.
Salary Range
- Monthly Gross Salary 17600 - 25100 PLN.
