Main Responsibilites
- Create engaging web pages that enhance conversion rates and ensure a seamless experience across our website;
- Deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business needs;
- Maintain and expand the design system in a strategic and sustainable way;
- Analyze current website patterns and flows and proactively suggest web UX/UI improvements to drive innovation, consistency, clarity and ease of use for end users;
- Work closely with engineers, web content managers, copywriters, graphic designers, SEO managers, data analytics & other stakeholders for cross-team collaborations;
- Suggest new ideas for improving the user experience.
Core requirements
- Proven experience in web design with a portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating engaging web pages;
- Proficiency in Figma, staying up-to-date with the latest feature releases and implementing them to optimize processes;
- Experience working with design systems;
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect UI and intuitive user experiences;
- Ability to autonomously and proactively identify problems and opportunities and implement improvements;
- Experience with A/B testing solutions;
- Great communication and presentation skills, critical thinking, and the ability to rationalize your design choices and their impact on growth metrics to stakeholders;
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, and maintain a strong sense of ownership;
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with all stakeholder groups;
- A true team player;
- Fluency in English.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 3100 - 6000 EUR/Month
