The Payments department has the responsibility of ensuring that users can utilize their preferred payment method when making purchases. Our coverage for payments and fraud management is global, and our objective is to optimize it to the fullest extent possible.

Main Responsibilities

Help to define KPIs and monitor them in automated reports and dashboards;
Build, support and replicate data structures that can be leveraged by business units (including database structures, table building, reporting, data visualization, regression analysis, time series, etc.);
Analyse users and payments to find new business opportunities and areas for improvement;
Present insights to your team;
Execute ad-hoc analyses.

Core Requirements

Proven experience in Data Analyst role;
Demonstrated experience extracting, manipulating, and analyzing complex data using SQL;
Proven experience with various data visualisation and statistical analysis methods;
Proven experience in e-Commerce;
Self-motivated and self-managing, with great organizational skills and eager to learn;
Effective communication skills: present ideas, discuss, achieve consensus and buy-ins, communicate progress;
Ability to clearly and effectively present analysis and insights to the team and stakeholders.

Bonus Points For

Experience in payments or customer retention;
Experience working with Python;
Experience working with DBT.
