Main Responsibilities

Product Ownership: Lead NordVPN Mac app development from discovery to launch and iteration.
Vision & Roadmap: Set the Mac product vision and roadmap. Turn strategy into deliverables.
Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the backlog. Write clear requirements from data, feedback, and stakeholders.
Collaboration: Align engineering, design, research, marketing, and product around one plan. Drive execution.
User & Market Insight: Track macOS user feedback and product data. Monitor trends and competitors. Act on insights.
Technical Execution: Partner with engineering on feasibility, dependencies, and trade-offs. Remove blockers. Deliver on time.
Quality Focus: Drive a user-first, data-driven approach. Improve UX and stability release over release.
Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs for the Mac app. Monitor results and adjust priorities.

Core Requirements

Experience: 3+ years in product management or product ownership.
Analytics: Strong at turning technical context, user data, and research into product decisions.
Communication: Clear communication with stakeholders and delivery teams.
Problem Solving: Structured, analytical thinking. Finding root causes and proposing practical solutions.
Ownership: Strong ownership and prioritization. Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced team.
Tools: Comfortable with Jira and Confluence, Analytical Tools, Figma.
User Focus: Strong user empathy and focus on secure, reliable, high-performing desktop products.

Salary Range

Monthly gross salary from 4700 - 6700 EUR.
