The Desktop Applications department is a collaborative team of passionate engineers focused on what can be done instead of what's been done. We build on each other's ideas to solve complex problems by using C#, .NET, SWIFT, Linux, and macOS technologies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead NordVPN Windows application development, working closely with two more product owners, engineering and other cross-functional teams;
  • Own the product lifecycle from conception to release and beyond, ensuring our Windows applications meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth;
  • Gather customer and stakeholder needs to form product requirements, and work with development teams to ensure features are delivered on time and to a high standard;
  • Analyze data to understand user needs and identify opportunities to improve feature usability and user engagement;
  • Collaborate with engineering and product peers to address dependencies and ensure seamless integration;

Core Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of product management where you have successfully nurtured an agile development cycle within development teams;
  • The ability to communicate with all stakeholders and developers to manage expectations, provide progress updates, and solve dependencies;
  • Strong technical understanding of how software is built, packaged, and deployed;
  • Passion for design and usability;
  • Experience in data tools (GA, Looker), localization and personalization, and A/B experimentation is a plus.

Salary Range

  • Monthly gross salary from 4700 - 6700 EUR.
