We help people and businesses take back control of their online security, privacy, and data. From VPNs to password managers, threat intelligence to eSIMs for travel—our teams turn complex problems into solutions trusted by millions worldwide.

Life is online. In this role, you’ll help people own it.

You will be responsible for the "productionization" of our internal AI tools. You aren't just keeping servers running; you are building the infrastructure that allows our company to become AI-first. You will handle the hosting, security, and scaling of all internal-facing AI applications.

Main Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive AI Productionization: Lead the end-to-end process of moving custom internal AI tools (e.g., HR bots) from local development environments to stable, scalable cloud production systems;
  • Secure Integration Architecture: Design and maintain secure connectivity pipelines between AI agents and critical enterprise data sources (GBQ, Looker, Sheets) and collaboration platforms (Jira, Confluence, Slack);
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Architect and manage the supporting backend stack—including Kubernetes, standard and vector databases, storage, and observability tools—to fail-proof systems against high user concurrency;
  • Vendor Tool Administration: Oversee the configuration and governance of third-party AI platforms (Nexos, Cursor, Lovable, Claude), managing permissions and implementing secure access controls like SSO;
  • Strategic AI Leadership: Shape interdepartmental AI practices by acting as the primary technical partner for different teams, driving the company-wide transition to an AI-first organization.

Core Requirements

  • Deployment: Deep experience with Docker and Kubernetes to deploy and manage internal apps;
  • API & Integration: Ability to connect internal systems (databases, CRMs) to AI endpoints via Python or Node.js;
  • Cloud Operations: Experience managing AWS/Azure/GCP resources;
  • Security First: Knowledge of how to handle sensitive data within AI pipelines;
  • High level of independence and ownership, can-do attitude;
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a very dynamic environment.

Salary Range

  • Gross salary: 3500 - 7000
