Salesforce developer | Senior
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of customized Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate closely with product teams to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver high-quality enhancements and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce applications and custom solutions;
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements;
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and Salesforce Flows;
- Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party systems via APIs, web services, and middleware platforms;
- Provide technical leadership on Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes;
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers;
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform reliability;
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning and estimation.
Core Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud development experience;
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL;
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft);
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II and other relevant certifications preferred;
- Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, Gearset);
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules;
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud;
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem;
- Previous experience in a leadership or team mentorship role.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 5000 - 7000 EUR/Month.
