We’re looking for a talented, imaginative Motion Designer to craft high‑quality visual and animated content that amplifies our brand presence across digital channels. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary creative team to deliver captivating motion design, combining strong storytelling skills with innovative use of AI‑powered tools to push creative boundaries.

Main Responsibilities

Create engaging motion graphics, visual assets, and video content for a wide range of online and offline media;
Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, project managers, and other team members throughout the creative process;
Review and interpret briefs to deliver visually impactful content that meets business objectives and platform requirements;
Integrate AI‑driven tools to enhance animation workflows, elevate visual quality, and explore new creative possibilities;
Manage tasks effectively, ensuring smooth delivery and consistent quality under deadlines.

Core Requirements

Proven experience as a Motion Designer, supported by a strong portfolio or showreel that demonstrates both creativity and technical skill;
At least 2 years of professional motion‑design experience;
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite;
Practical experience with AI‑based tools for animation, video/audio generation, and post‑production optimisation;
Background in character or 3D animation is highly appreciated;
Familiarity with video editing adds further strength to your profile;
Keen sense of timing, composition, and visual storytelling, supported by excellent attention to detail;
Ability to clearly communicate design ideas, provide constructive feedback, and make confident creative decisions;
Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Salary Range

Gross Salary: 1900-3300 EUR/Month.
