Main Responsibilites

  • Define and lead the partnerships strategy, from planning and execution to performance management to all partnerships, including Podcasts and Influencers
  • Lead and manage the Partnerships team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and high performance;
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, product, design and data teams to strengthen sustainable growth and user acquisition performance across Partnerships channel;
  • Take part in negotiations, securing mutually beneficial agreements and valuable partnerships;
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the effective use of tools, processes, and resources to drive team efficiency;
  • Track and monitor key metrics, analyse data to inform decision-making, and use insights to optimize performance and ensure continuous growth;
  • Constantly seek innovations - new channels, niches, funnels, and opportunities.

Core requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate partnerships/account management and online marketing, preferably with B2B products 
  • Proven track record of closing strategic deals and hitting ambitious targets;
  • Experience in leading high-performing teams;
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation abilities;
  • Strong negotiation and clear, confident communication skills;
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and lead projects from inception to completion.
  • Working knowledge of some digital marketing disciplines: CRO, PPC, content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing;
  • Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks;
  • Strong analytical skills, confident with analyzing data.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 16100 - 29800 PLN/Month.
