Distribution Business Development Manager Mid|Senior
Main Responsibilities

Develop and execute distribution & retail channel strategies to expand market reach;

Identify, recruit, and onboard new distribution partners and channel partners;

Manage relationships with existing distributors, wholesalers, and resellers;

Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms with distribution partners;

Analyze market trends and competitor distribution strategies;
-
Set sales targets and KPIs for distribution channels;
-
Provide training and support to distribution partners;
-
Monitor channel performance and implement improvement initiatives;
-
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
Core Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field;
-
5-7 years of experience in distribution, channel sales, or business development;

Proven track record of building and managing distribution networks;

Strong negotiation and contract management skills;

Understanding of SaaS product implementation;

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Bonus Points For

MBA or advanced business degree;

Experience in the specific industry (specify: SaaS, Cyber Security, IT Distribution etc.);

Existing network of distribution contacts;
-
Multi-regional or international distribution experience.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 3400 - 4700 EUR/Month + Bonus
