Main Responsibilities
Support daily risk operations, including third-party risk management, background checks, counterparty screening, sanctions/adverse media reviews, and other recurring risk management tasks.
Develop, review, and maintain risk and compliance policies, procedures, guidelines, and internal controls.
Create and maintain a group-wide compliance registry covering internal and external requirements, key policies, procedures, controls, owners, and review timelines.
Help ensure employees, vendors, partners, and other third parties comply with internal policies and relevant requirements.
Assess, document, monitor, and report on risk management activities.
Conduct investigations and support ad hoc requests related to risk matters across the company.
Identify process gaps, support improvements within the Risk Team, and collaborate with stakeholders from different areas, such as Legal, Finance, Marketing, and others.
Core Requirements
2+ years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, AML, Sanctions, Fraud Prevention, Third-Party/Vendor Risk Management, Incident Management, Information Security Management, or a related field.
Experience with internal and/or external compliance policies, procedures, controls, process documentation, or governance frameworks.
Practical experience with third-party risk management, background checks, counterparty screening, or sanctions/adverse media reviews.
Ability to create clear, accurate, and structured documentation for risk, compliance, and governance purposes.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and sense of ownership.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Good working knowledge of Google Workspace and other tools used for tracking, analysis, reporting, and documentation.
Excellent verbal and written Lithuanian and English communication skills.
Bonus points if You
Have experience creating or maintaining compliance registers, policy inventories, control libraries, risk registers, or similar repositories.
Have knowledge of third-party risk management and KYC/KYB processes.
Have experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams, countries, or legal entities.

Salary Range (Gross)
€1.9K – €3.7K per month
