Main responsibilities
- Lead a dynamic range of projects from new systems implementation to various process improvement projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders: Foster collaborative partnerships across the organization, ensuring alignment, engagement, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Train and support stakeholders and teams: Provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders and team members, ensuring they understand project management, processes, and systematic ways of working, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to find out how they can be improved or automated.
- Manage communication, ensuring timely and clear updates, stakeholder alignment, and buy-in.
Core requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management.
- Expertise in managing stakeholders at all levels: Proven ability to engage, support, and influence stakeholders, fostering collaborative partnerships to drive project success.
- Knowledge of system implementation: experience in managing tool or system implementation projects.
- Knowledge of process mapping: experience in analyzing and mapping business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Strong ownership, commitment, accountability, and passion for what you do.
- Ability to think strategically and methodically but execute flexibly.
- Creative problem solver who is passionate about inventing new ways to manage business issues.
- Hands-on and self-leadership attitude.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a very dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Salary range
- Gross Salary 2810-4300 EUR/Month.
