Main Responsibilities

Research, identify, contact and recruit new affiliate partnerships, targeting both: affiliates that are already in the industry and affiliates that are new to the space.
Build strong relationships with all affiliate partners (including trips to visit partners based across the globe and attend affiliate conferences and summits).
Collaborate with the Product team to ensure partner editorial teams have all the latest product updates and releases.
Analyze performance data on key affiliates and identify issues and opportunities in order to optimize ROAS and overall performance.
Constantly seek innovations - new channels, niches, funnels, and opportunities.

Core Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate partnerships/account management and online marketing.
Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks.
Knowledge of some digital marketing disciplines: CRO, PPC, content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.
Strong analytical skills, confident with analyzing data.
Solid negotiation skills aimed at tangible results.
Ability to work autonomously as well as manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Extra Points For

A strong network of editorial contacts in any market would be an advantage.
Experience with attribution/tracking platforms, CRM and automation tools, and web and data analytic tools.

Salary Range

Gross salary 2500-4900 EUR/Month.
