What You Will Do
- Own and improve core sales processes (pipeline management, forecasting support, deal flow, handoffs).
- Partner with Sales leaders to identify gaps and drive operational improvements.
- Ensure pipeline hygiene, data accuracy, and clear reporting structures.
- Translate business needs into structured requirements for systems improvements.
- Support and optimize sales workflows across inbound, outbound, account management and channel sales.
- Monitor key metrics and proactively identify risks or inefficiencies.
- Support change management and adoption of new tools and processes.
What We Expect
- 3-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and pipeline management
- Experience working closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and reporting
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
Salary Range
Gross salary 2700 - 3800 EUR/Month
