GTM Engineer
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to help scale our go-to-market engine across the full funnel - from inbound and outbound to pipeline increase and expansion.
This role goes beyond traditional Sales Operations. You’ll design and build automations, systems, and AI-powered workflows that directly impact revenue performance. You’ll remove friction, improve conversion, and help evolve our GTM motion into a more scalable and intelligent system.
Main Responsibilities

Design and optimize workflows across the full funnel (lead capture, routing, enrichment, scoring, pipeline progression)

Identify bottlenecks and build scalable, automated solutions

Introduce and implement AI-driven use cases across GTM (e.g. prospecting, personalization, data enrichment)

Build and maintain workflows across CRM, sales engagement, and data tools

Own and improve GTM system architecture and integrations between tools

Ensure clean and reliable data flow across the tech stack

Continuously test, iterate, and improve GTM processes
Core Requirements

Experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales Ops, or a similar role

Strong understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market processes

Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and automation tools

Experience working with integrations, APIs, or low-code/no-code tools

Interest in or experience with applying AI in GTM workflows

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 2100 - 3400 EUR/Month
