Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams. Ensure they're well informed and aligned towards the company's strategic goals.
  • Set sales team objectives and ensure they have enough resources to achieve their goals.
  • Identify skill gaps across the sales team and organize onboarding, knowledge-sharing, training, and learning sessions to help them improve their results. 
  • Collaborate with sales operations to operationalize CRM knowledge and usage to maximize sales results and efficiency.
  • Manage the creation of internal and external enablement materials to sell our product in the market successfully.
  • Test various strategies and tactics to maximize sales conversions and revenue.
  • Oversee end-to-end performance of the sales enablement program, track its success, and prepare reports on the results.
  • Together with marketing, create a sales content strategy to ensure a successful customer lifecycle in terms of consistency and quality control across the brand.

Core Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales and/or marketing or project management;
  • Sales empathy, strong analytical skills, and ability to interpret insights from data;
  • Strategic thinking and agility in innovation;
  • Proactive and results-driven work attitude;
  • Great project management and training skills;
  • Excellent in communication and collaboration;
  • Good understanding of copywriting and content development;
  • Knowledge of sales enablement tools and expertise in various CRM systems;
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written). 

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 2000 - 2800 EUR/Month.
