Senior Physical Well-Being Consultant

The Physical Well-Being team is responsible for ensuring that colleagues are physically active at work, which leads to better physical well-being and positively impacts productivity, concentration, or simply emotional health. The team also helps answer questions related to physical health or otherwise educate the organization’s employees.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct different types of group workouts for internal employees; 
  • Consult colleagues regarding physical health and well-being to prevention and training questions;
  • Develop, implement, and manage prevention and training programs;
  • Providing educational information or guidance to employees.

Core Requirements

  • 4+ years working experience as a physical well-being consultant, trainer, physiotherapist, or in similar roles; 
  • Graduated from the Physical Activity Specialist Training Program (FAS);
  • Analytical thinking in group sessions and consultations; 
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization;
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and orientation toward teamwork; 
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written;
  • Professional qualification as a Physiotherapist or higher education in sports studies or related fields is an advantage.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 1990-3060 EUR/Month.
